Mint Park is a Seoul-born, sound, and new media artist who works at an intersection of music, technology, science, and art. In recent years she has been researching the phenomenon of turbulence and making a weather-like ecosystem of fluid dynamics with sound, air, and lights. Her audio-visual practice focuses on the experience of the inter-weaving physical environment and virtual spaces within immersive environment created with sound, light, and spatial apparatuses. By designing her own audio-visual systems and instruments that is spatial and site-specific, she makes live performances and compositions to question and understand the constantly fluctuating existential qualities in today’s binary space and machine-quantified time. Besides her own projects, Mint has been running Unheard Records, an electronic music label focusing on experimental music and sound practices of femme, queer and P.O.C artists. She is currently based in Amsterdam.

We all come from somewhere, I suppose...(2023) propagates from different “texture cells” made during Mint's EMS Guest composer residency in 2022, where she experimented expansion of small space of ur sound into a physical space by making feedback patches and field recordings of myopic sonic representations of the weather during this time.

Julia Giertz (Stockholm) is a sound artist whose practice is based on the physical and choreographic aspects of sound. Composition is mixed with sound sculptures and electroacoustic instruments. Central to her practice are the longstanding collaborations she shares with artists, musicians and choreographers. She has shown works at Unsound, Intonal, Venice Biennale, Tensta Konsthall, Kunsthal Charlottenborg, K3 Hamburg, Norrlandsoperan and MDT among others.

Camilla Vatne Barratt-Due (Trondheim/ Berlin) is a
sound artist, composer and instrument builder. She works with her own instruments based on pneumatic mechanics, live coding and deconstruction of old accordions. Often also under the artist name Canilla. Her work has been shown in places like Transmediale, Akademie der Künste, Bergen International Festival, Stamfest, Insomnia, Piksel, Black Box Theater and others. She also works as a composer for free groups in the field of performing arts.

Klirret på golvet is a collaboration between Julia Giertz (SE) and Camilla Vatne Barratt-Due (NO). The two artists come together to share experiences around bodily listening, electronics, sound synthesis and different kinds of instruments they have built.
