Prerequisite: bring a text you would like to work on, it can be a finished piece, or something you are still working on.
Together we will explore tactics and strategies to lift a written text from the page into the performing space. We will warm up the voice and listen to what the text needs and desires from us. We will discuss examples, and transform our text. Envisioning what it means
to bend it, warp it, stretch it, breathe it, chew it, spit it, shout it, whisper and exhale it. To put it back into the mouth, to roll it around the tongue and bounce it between the teeth.

Maja Jantar är en multidisciplinär, mångspråkig, mångfacetterad ljudkonstnär, keramiker och operativ konstprojektledare från Belgien, men numera med sitt säte i Isokyrö Finland.
Hennes konstnärliga praktik omfattar performance, musik, poesi, keramik, och visuell konst.
