description:

If the Festivus pole is an alternative for the Christmas tree,

the upcoming Easter Eve presents the perfect alternative for those in need of a different type of dish.

Coming up this April 16th is an unexpected free jazz noisy Easter,

an event heavy on bass with 3 double bassists, each different in their own way:

Joe Williamson (CA/SE), Mats Sverker Gustafsson (SE), Laurentiu Cotac (RO).

On top of these ominous low end frequencies, come along Stockholm’s Isak Hedtjärn - clarinet sabouteur - from coooooljazz to extreme tinnitus, together with Diana Miron (RO) - leading vocalist and string spectralist. Ståle Liavik Solberg (NO) and his percussion arsenal will ambush the intertwined textures, winds and vocals, undistinguishable from each other or contradictory.
